PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
After your initial fitness assessment, a customized training program will be designed to match your lifestyle & fitness goals. The plan will be progressive and each session will lead you to your desired goal. Don't worry about the training sessions being too intense, the purpose of the fitness assessment is to see how your body moves and your fitness level, this way I can meet you where you are at.
We'll get better together!
Private training is offered in person and virtual.

Where are you located?Brooklyn & Lower Manhattan

How long are sessions?Sessions are 50-60 minutes long.

How do virtual sessions work?I will coach you via video chat. I suggest having a heavy water bottle or bag to lean your device against so I can get a full view of you, so I can provide coaching cues, and form adjustments as needed. You must have access to good WiFi.

Can I do virtual sessions from home?Yes! You will need atleast 2 pairs of dumbells or kettlebells (one light set, one heavy set). Contact me if you are not sure if what you have is okay!
