PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

After your initial fitness assessment, a customized training program will be designed to match your lifestyle & fitness goals.  The plan will be progressive and each session will lead you to your desired goal.  Don't worry about the training sessions being too intense, the purpose of the fitness assessment is to see how your body moves and your fitness level, this way I can meet you where you are at! We'll get better together!

 

Private training is offered in person and virtual.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Enjoy the benefits of group training & personal training in one! Because what's better than reaching your goals? Doing it alongside like minded people rooting you on! For a fraction of the cost of private 1 on 1 training, small group training includes: individual coaching, nutrition guidance, and accountability; for not only when you are in the gym, but also out. This is a lifestyle and I've got your back to assist you all the way. 

 

Groups consist of a maximum of 4 people. You may come twice a week at a time slot of your choosing. 

 

The schedule for training is:

Tuesday & Thursday

8am / 9am / 10am

  • Where are you located?
    Brooklyn & Lower Manhattan
  • How long are sessions?
    Sessions are 50-60 minutes long.
  • How do virtual sessions work?
    I will coach you via video chat. I suggest having a heavy water bottle or bag to lean your device against so I can get a full view of you, so I can provide coaching cues, and form adjustments as needed. You must have access to good WiFi.
  • Can I do virtual sessions from home?
    Yes! You will need atleast 2 pairs of dumbells or kettlebells (one light set, one heavy set). Contact me if you are not sure if what you have is okay!
