In Person & Virtual Training
After your initial fitness assessment, a customized training program will be designed to match your lifestyle & fitness goals. The plan will be progressive and each session will lead you to your desired goal. Don't worry about the training sessions being too intense, the purpose of the fitness assessment is to see how your body moves and your fitness level, this way I can meet you where you are at! We'll get better together!
Training Programs:
4 Sessions/Month (1 session a week)
8 Sessions/Month (2 sessions a week)
12 Sessions/Month (3 sessions a week)
